Bollé Safety has entered a partnership with RACQ CQ Rescue, offering support via a $10,000 sponsorship donation, product supply to crew and staff, and donations from co-branded product sales.
RACQ CQ Rescue is a community-funded rescue helicopter, based in Mackay, QLD, and has been saving lives across an area four times the size of Tasmania for the last 25 years. The service offers rapid response across land and sea and is currently responsible for more than 50 life-saving rescues per month. The operating expenses of maintaining such a service have reached almost $10 million, half of which is fundraised from the community.
The Partnership will provide the important lifesaving service with an additional, ongoing funding stream via the sale of co-branded safety glasses through Bollé Safety’s distributor network: A portion of the profit from every sale will be donated back to CQ Rescue.

The initiative is intended to increase awareness of CQ rescue services with distributors and end-users as a result of the product itself and associated promotional campaigns across digital, social, printed, and experiential media.

Bollé Safety will also furnish CQ Rescue staff and crew with essential PPE in the form of donated, cobranded safety eyewear. Widely considered to be a premium safety brand, Bollé Safety is pleased to provide CQ rescue workers with optimum eye protection and comfort while they work to save lives.

The Spectacles will have unique temple arms in CQ Rescue Brand colours, and the CQ Logo on the lens.
Cobranded Eyewear is a service offered by Bollé Safety to clients looking for personalised, branded eye protection and includes several models from their spectacles and goggles ranges.
Bollé Safety CQ Rescue Rush Plus glasses are now available from selected local PPE suppliers.
