FLUCTUATING LIGHTING CONDITIONS

FLUCTUATING LIGHT SOURCES & ENVIRONMENTS

RISKS FACED :

BLINDNESS - EYESTRAIN - IMPAIRED VISION

SOLUTIONS WE HAVE :

COPPER LENSES

Copper lenses enhance contrast by filtering specific light wavelengths, improving visibility in both high and low light. With 65% light transmission and blue light filtration, they provide clearer vision.

DID YOU KNOW ?

When transitioning from bright to low light, the pupil dilates, and the eyes undergo dark adaptation, which can cause temporary blindness until the retina adjusts, usually taking seconds to minutes. In the contrary, when transitionning from low to bright light, the pupil is often too dilated at the begining. As on a camera lens, the pupil is too open and captures too much light, blinding the vision. If the fluctuation is too important, it can also create an afterimage which can, in some cases, permanently damage the eye light receptors.
